Indication
- Direct anterior and posterior restorations (including occlusal and facial surfaces).
- Core build-ups.
- For splinting: in cases where tooth gaps are large (such as periodontitis) and teeth are mobile, composite resin can be used to fill and aid retention. After splinting, the tooth may recover naturally or worsen and require extraction.
- Indirect restorations including inlays, onlays, and veneers.
